Class types:

Ero Flow:

Learn to tap into your slinkiest self by taking this slow flow floorwork class. This class has a heavy somatic emphasis, giving you space to touch base with your body and mind to sink into yourself. Students will learn a lightly structured floorwork routine set to a playlist. This class is great for those who want to work on slow body control, learning how to roll with musicality, and experimenting with movement flow and style. 

These routines are created with at home practicing in mind, to create your own bubble of sensuality in your space (including smaller spaces!), and hopefully set you up with a sensual and grounding refresh for the week. 

Whether you’re looking for a reason to dress up and wear something extra in a comfortable space at home, or feeling more of a sexy sweatpants sort of vibe, Its recommended to wear whatever makes you feel best in the moment for your body. 

It is recommended to wear socks only, and not heels for this class. Knee pads or knee coverage is required.

Great for beginners easing in, and the more experienced looking to play with slow movement.

  • There are no refunds for missed classes.

  • If there is an extenuating circumstance such as death, illness, injury, etc. Please email ellerosdance@gmail.com to discuss class credit options for the missed class.

  • If you are unable to make it and want to pass your spot on to someone else, please email.

Etiquette:

  • Please keep your microphone muted during the livestream session unless you are asking a question. Questions can also be asked via the chat box. This helps remove excess noise to make sure everyone can hear the instruction.

  • Please keep your camera turned on, this helps ensure students are in fact students and not peeping non participating guests. This also allows the instructor to take a look at your movement if you have any specific questions!

  • The livestream will not allow anyone to enter after 10 minutes past the starting time. If you are late within the 10 minute window, please still warmup before jumping into the choreography.
