Erotica Foundations - 1 & 2
Whether you are new to erotic dance, or just looking to refresh your core motions, this foundation series breaks down some of the main components of erotic movement. With a focus on building isolations into fluid movement, these classes are a must for beginners to help develop mind-body connection and get more comfortable with erotica as it feels in your body. While you will continue to build on your library of moves through the erotica classes offered, the foundations classes give you some key components to get you started.
This class series is divided into 1 and 2, with each part covering different erotic basics such as figure 8’s, wavy legs, chest and hip rotations, and more. These classes do not need to be taken in order.
Erotica Floorwork Flow
Open Level & Intermediate
Learn to tap into your slinkiest self by taking this slow flow course. This class has a somatic emphasis, giving you space to touch base with your body and mind to sink into yourself. Students will learn a floorwork routine set to a playlist, working on the balance of structure and personal flow. This class is great for those who want to work on slow body control, new floorwork movements and combos, learn how to roll with musicality, and experiment with your own movement flow and style.
Great for beginners looking to become more comfortable with erotic movement, and more advanced folks looking to hone in on going slow and playing with their movement. Multiple movement variations are offered so students can choose what movement works best for their body at any level. See more details on class levels below
Erotica Floorwork - Set song
Beginner & Intermediate
Play with the pacing of slink and its natural push and pull energy as you learn a routine to one song. This class has a somatic emphasis, giving you space to touch base with your body and mind to sink into yourself. Students will learn new moves and how to work with matching musicality to the song of the class. This class is great for those who want to work on slow body control, new floorwork movements and combos, dramatic hits and pauses, and predictable and practiced musicality.

Sensual Chair
Open Level
Explore a new side of sensuality with this flow style class, students will learn a seductive routine dancing on and around a chair. This class includes building fluidity in movement with a chair, chair tricks, and developing erotic expression while connecting with a new apparatus.
This class is offered on metal folding chairs.
About the levels
Classes are offered in multiple levels- Beginner to Intermediate and Intermediate to Advanced. Multiple movement variations are offered so students can choose what movement works best for their body regardless within the two class levels. The difference between the two levels is pacing, with beginner to intermediate having more breakdowns of individual components for those unfamiliar and a shorter routine, while intermediate to advanced is for those who are familiar with the fundamentals and can keep up with a more fluid teaching pace and more choreography.

Cancellations:
There are no refunds for missed classes.
If there is an extenuating circumstance such as death, illness, injury, etc. Please email ellerosdance@gmail.com to discuss class credit options for the missed class.
If you are unable to make it and want to pass your spot on to someone else, please email.
Etiquette:
Derogatory language and hate speech, bigotry, and bullying are not tolerated in classes and you will be asked to leave if any of the aforementioned is displayed.
Please arrive on time. Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to the class will not be allowed to participate as lack of warmup can lead to risk of injury.
Attire:
Class attire can vary depending on the class, make sure to check the description!
That being said, the default is usually:
Knee coverage is REQUIRED such as knee pads, leg warmers, thick sweatpants etc.
Heels are recommended but optional. Acceptable forms of heels include: Pleasers, dance heels, ballroom heels/shoes, heels that have not been worn outside. Stiletto style heels are recommended over chunky heels.
Please do not wear outside heels or shoes in the studio while dancing! This is to help respect and upkeep the studio floors.
If heels or shoes are not your preference, socks are recommended over bare feet!
For clothing, wear what makes you feel good and is comfortable to move in! Tighter fitting pieces are recommended for smoother movement and prevention of injury, but not required

In this workshop students will hone in on slinky slow body control, while learning a choreographed routine full of helpful techniques and tricks specific to lap dancing. Students must be comfortable practicing on their fellow student peers! Tight fitting clothing is recommended for smoother movement
